This online store is operated by Yaroslav Gorovoy, trading as HOUSE OF MNEEMO ("we", "us", "our"), London, United Kingdom. By placing an order or using this store, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Products and made to order
Our products are made to order. Colours and finishes shown on screen may vary slightly from the final item due to your display and the production process. Garment measurements may vary within normal manufacturing tolerances.

2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and begin fulfilling your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability) and will refund you in full if we do.

3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes where shown. Prices and product availability may change without notice. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider, and we do not store your card details.

4. Accuracy of information
We try to keep product descriptions, images and pricing accurate, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. If an item was listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you.

5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on production and carrier timescales (see our Shipping Policy). Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.

6. Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Prohibited use
You may not use our products or store for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our intellectual property, or to resell our products commercially without our written permission. The HOUSE OF MNEEMO and MNEEMO names, wordmarks, designs and artwork are our property and may not be reproduced.

8. Disclaimer and liability
The store and its content are provided as is. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, save that consumers retain mandatory protections of their home country.
