Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Because every HOUSE OF MNEEMO piece is made to order especially for you, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Your 14-day right to cancel (UK and EU)
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, email us at info@mneemo.com with your order number within that period and we will send return instructions.
Condition of returned items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. Items returned in worn, damaged or altered condition may not be accepted.
How to start a return
Email info@mneemo.com with your order number and the reason for return. Do not send items back before contacting us - returns sent without prior instruction may not be processed. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect (see below).
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit or with a print or finish defect, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@mneemo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, and you will not pay return shipping for our mistakes.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received it, contact info@mneemo.com.
Exceptions
Gift cards and discounted or sale items are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or your statutory rights apply. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer.
