Typical production time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the product, before the item ships.</p><p><strong>Shipping time (after dispatch)</strong><br>United Kingdom: approx. 3 to 7 business days. Europe: approx. 7 to 12 business days. Rest of world: approx. 10 to 20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Exact options and costs are shown at checkout based on your destination.</p><p><strong>Tracking</strong><br>Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking where available.</p><p><strong>Shipping costs</strong><br>Calculated at checkout based on destination and order. Any free-shipping thresholds, if offered, are shown at checkout.</p><p><strong>Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)</strong><br>Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your local import rules before ordering.</p><p><strong>Delays, lost or undelivered parcels</strong><br>We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your tracking has not updated or your parcel appears lost, contact info@mneemo.com and we will help investigate.
